At MALA Rooms we use high quality durable materials - which means that your build will stay looking "as good as new" for many years to come.  Maintenance is minimal, other than a bucket of soapy water.

We use a wide range of premium materials, from our screws to our insulation -but we especially love the incredibly low maintenance qualities of our composite cladding, LVT flooring and aluminium door and window frames.

Anything you need to paint, prime or stain takes time - which is fine - but if you like ultra-low maintenance then opt for our low maintenance materials. No need to reapply paint when it gets flaky, no need to add protective layers on an annual basis and no need to do anything more than get out a bucket and wipe down as and when you require.
