The MALA Hub Range creates the perfect work from home space. With its 200mm thick Rockwool® insulated walls and its superior Warmcore® aluminium doors which allow the light to flood in to this quiet and functional office space.

A MALA Hub Garden Office is fitted with high-end Warmcore® aluminium bi-fold double-glazed doors.

 

Lighting & Sockets

A MALA Hub Garden Office is fully wired, so that you can simply “plug and play”. Fitted with a flush mounted fuse board to power a well thought out interior and exterior lighting scheme. Recessed interior lighting, exterior recessed pelmet lighting and up and down welcome lights positioned at either side of the doors. Two twin and two single sockets are fitted to the corners of the room to take care of all your working power needs.

A data point is also installed for a router or splitter.

 

Internal walls & ceiling

MALA Hub Room interior walls are 181mm thick and fully insulated with Rockwool®. The ceiling is fully insulated too. Walls and ceiling are plastered and finished in white matt emulsion.

 

Flooring system

Your MALA Hub comes with a fully insulated floor and finished in a high-quality and highly durable vinyl plank click-flooring system. We have styles to suit every taste.

 

Heating system

The MALA Hub is installed with a smart technology flat panel slimline electric heating system. Highly efficient, fully programmable and controlled from a thermostat or an app on your phone. You’ll always be warm and snug in a MALA Hub (and without the heating costs associated with an inferior build specification).

 

Foundation & Frame

We use modern methods construction to install load-bearing galvanised steel ground screws. The floor and frame of all MALA Rooms is also constructed from light gauge steel. Our building will never rot, no warp or sink! Our buildings are built for life and for living.

 

Roofing & Walls

A MALA Hub has a steel clad roof and walls with a stylish and practical composite clad architectural design wrap around porch and welcome deck feature. All our cladding comes with extensive manufacturer backed guarantees and in a range of colours beautiful for you to choose from.

Can I upgrade my build or add additional features?

Of course! Every building in the MALA Hub Garden Office Range come with a specific set of features, however we are more than happy to add additional features at your request. From smart lights, to skylights, conferencing connectivity to coffee machines, floor sockets to fitted filing cabinets, we can upgrade your MALA Hub to the create perfect working environment for you.

Simply speak with a member of the MALA Team who will be able to walk you through additional options and accommodate your needs or request the additional options specification list.

How do I pay for a MALA Hub?

We require a 10% deposit to be paid when you order your MALA Hub, with 40% to follow on the day of the build and the remaining balance of 50% paid upon completion.
